- Prepare A/P reports, manage insurance policies, and maintain accurate financial records

- Oversee daily operations, including phone reception, call distribution, and email management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and organizational abilities
