About the Role

The Director of Business Development and Growth is a key member of the senior management team at UHS, responsible for driving the development and refinement of the company's business growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business growth plans to drive revenue and market share growth
  • Collaborate with senior management to design and implement business development strategies
  • Lead the development of business cases and proposals to support growth initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business growth strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, such as marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development or growth role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
