Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Instructor, you will be responsible for educating and overseeing the practical training of senior baccalaureate nursing students in pediatric clinical environments. Your role will include:
- Delivering instruction and guidance in a clinical setting.
- Fostering critical thinking and nursing skills among students.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with students and faculty.
- Modeling exemplary instructional practices in clinical or skills lab settings.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master's degree or higher in nursing, or a Bachelor's degree in nursing accompanied by a Master's degree in a related discipline.
- A current, unrestricted license to practice as a registered nurse.
- A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience.
- A strong background in pediatric nursing, preferably with experience in a recognized healthcare institution.
