The Customer Service Relief Representative is dedicated to fostering strong, positive relationships with clients and is driven to surpass their expectations and needs.

Operating in a highly competitive landscape, a successful 'Relief CSR' must effectively balance outstanding customer service with achieving and exceeding personal sales growth objectives.

As representatives of the organization, Relief CSRs aim to cultivate goodwill and loyalty while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.



Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a company vehicle within designated areas to deliver products and services to diverse clients.

Ensure daily vehicle maintenance checks are performed and maintain accurate operator documentation; Independently manage daily routes to guarantee timely and precise product delivery; Load and unload products in accordance with company policies and procedures; Review daily invoices for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections; Achieve sales targets and promote overall route growth to enhance profitability; Identify leads and prospects, reach out to potential clients to solicit business, prepare service agreements, and onboard new accounts.

Support the sales team in acquiring additional new business; Maintain a thorough understanding of services, policies, and pricing structures, effectively communicating these to clients; Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly and courteously; Take responsibility for personal safety and remain vigilant regarding the safety of others.

Utilize safe practices, appropriate tools, and equipment, adhering to all safety policies; Perform additional duties as assigned that align with the responsibilities outlined above.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


Must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and maintain an excellent driving record; Experience in customer service with consistent client interaction; Strong mathematical and basic computer skills; Demonstrated ability in selling services/products and generating new business is preferred; Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills are essential; Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and think quickly to resolve customer concerns.


Working Environment and Safety Considerations:
Exposure to varying weather conditions, which may include extreme temperatures depending on location. Fast-paced work environment that may require irregular and extended hours.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to routinely lift and maneuver a minimum of 25 lbs. and load/unload products from the vehicle without assistance. Ability to occasionally lift and maneuver over 50 lbs. This role involves bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Licensing and Certifications:
Valid Driver's License required.

Compensation:

The hourly wage that Aramark Uniform Services anticipates for this position ranges from $24 to $24, depending on various factors including the applicant's skills and qualifications, relevant degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other pertinent considerations.
