As representatives of our organization, they work diligently to cultivate goodwill and loyalty while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a company vehicle within designated areas to deliver products and services to diverse clients.
  • Conduct daily preventative maintenance checks on the vehicle and maintain accurate operator documentation.
  • Independently manage daily routes to ensure precise and timely product delivery.
  • Load and unload products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Review invoices daily for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections.
  • Achieve sales targets and promote overall route growth to enhance profitability.
  • Generate leads and engage with prospective customers to solicit business, prepare service agreements, and onboard new accounts.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of services, policies, and pricing structures, effectively communicating these to clients.
  • Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly and courteously.
  • Prioritize personal safety and the safety of others by adhering to safe work practices and policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned that align with the responsibilities outlined above.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record.
  • Experience in customer service with frequent client interactions.
  • Strong mathematical skills and basic computer proficiency.
  • Preferred experience in selling services/products and generating new business.
  • Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate sound judgment, and think quickly to resolve customer concerns.

Working Environment and Safety Requirements:

Working conditions may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, including extreme temperatures based on geographical location. The role may require working in a fast-paced environment with irregular and extended hours.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to routinely lift and maneuver a minimum of 25 lbs. and load/unload products from the vehicle without assistance. Occasionally, the role may require lifting and maneuvering items weighing over 50 lbs. This position necessitates bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching.

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Licensing Requirements:

A valid driver's license is mandatory.
