At Vestis, we operate in a highly competitive market, and a successful Relief CSR must effectively balance outstanding customer service with achieving individual sales growth objectives. As representatives of our organization, they work diligently to cultivate goodwill and loyalty while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a company vehicle within designated areas to deliver products and services to diverse clients.
- Conduct daily preventative maintenance checks on the vehicle and maintain accurate operator documentation.
- Independently manage daily routes to ensure precise and timely product delivery.
- Load and unload products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Review invoices daily for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections.
- Achieve sales targets and promote overall route growth to enhance profitability.
- Generate leads and engage with prospective customers to solicit business, prepare service agreements, and onboard new accounts.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of services, policies, and pricing structures, effectively communicating these to clients.
- Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly and courteously.
- Prioritize personal safety and the safety of others by adhering to safe work practices and policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned that align with the responsibilities outlined above.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record.
- Experience in customer service with frequent client interactions.
- Strong mathematical skills and basic computer proficiency.
- Preferred experience in selling services/products and generating new business.
- Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate sound judgment, and think quickly to resolve customer concerns.
Working Environment and Safety Requirements:
Working conditions may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, including extreme temperatures based on geographical location. The role may require working in a fast-paced environment with irregular and extended hours.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to routinely lift and maneuver a minimum of 25 lbs. and load/unload products from the vehicle without assistance. Occasionally, the role may require lifting and maneuvering items weighing over 50 lbs. This position necessitates bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching.
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Licensing Requirements:
A valid driver's license is mandatory.
