Team Dynamics

This role involves guiding Sales Representatives within the framework of established company guidelines. You will suggest modifications to policies and procedures that impact the immediate team. By staying informed on current market trends, you will provide insights to refine strategies. Adhering to operational protocols, you will select appropriate methods and techniques to achieve solutions. Acting as a mentor to team members, you will motivate them to adhere to timelines. You will also develop and manage schedules, performance metrics, and may oversee budgetary responsibilities. Additionally, you will coordinate departmental activities, ensuring accountability for outcomes, including costs, methodologies, and staffing.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly oversee sales to end-users of the organization's offerings within a large designated geographic region.

• May manage a specific industry or product line on a national or regional scale.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a merchant services sales role within a complex and fast-paced business setting.
