Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Dispatch and Routing: Dispatch drivers to respond to service orders and service issues, utilizing GPS systems to locate drivers in the field.
  • Order Processing: Process new customer quotes, orders, and modifications to existing services, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to gather information, provide updates, and resolve issues, utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Database Management: Utilize database systems to gather and input notes in customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints, referring complex issues to designated departments for investigation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and service, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service role.
  • Skills: Proficient in building trusting relationships with customers, exceptional listening abilities, and strong communication skills.
  • Education: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years of related customer service experience required.
