This position will be on-site at Denner Vineyards


This roll will be the cornerstone of our daily operations, expertly managing reservation support through various channels including phone, website, and CellarPass, all while delivering the exemplary customer service.

You will engage and retain our Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) consumers and Wine Club members, enhancing their journey with us through meticulous attention to service.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will uncover unique opportunities for consumer acquisition, member conversion, and boosting wine sales, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

You'll also be responsible for keeping our guests well-informed, making reservations, and ensuring that every detail of their visit is perfectly aligned with their expectations.

Your role extends beyond the tasting room, handling DTC order fulfillment, developing shipment collateral, and maintaining an acute awareness of our inventory.

Compensation:

  • Hiring Hourly Range Posted: $24.
14 / hr - $32.60 / hr

  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

What You Will Need:

  • High school diploma or State issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of retail sales, hospitality, sales support, marketing support, administrative support, or customer service experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Associates Degree plus 2 year of retail sales, hospitality, sales support, marketing support, administrative support or customer service experience; OR Bachelors Degree.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Outlook at an intermediate level.
  • Skilled in effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups ofmanagers, clients, customers and the general public.
  • Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, shortcorrespondence and memos.
  • Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
  • Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
  • Required to lift and move cases of product weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Required to be 21 years of age or older
  • Required to travel to various winery sites within the region based on business need.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training,meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of thetime, with or without reasonable accommodation.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business plus 2 years of retail sales, hospitality, sales support, marketing support, administrative support or customer service experience.
  • Wine sales or Wine club administration experience.
  • Wine Industry knowledge.
  • Experience with software programs such as Ship Compliant, Wine Club Manager, E-Winery Solutions Ellipsis or member databases/related systems.
