**About Seven Seas Water Group**
Seven Seas Water Group is a leading provider of water treatment and desalination solutions for governmental and industrial customers. Our company operates two businesses within the water infrastructure space: Seven Seas Water, which provides water treatment and desalination services, and AUC Group, which offers decentralized wastewater treatment plants for industrial and municipal customers.
**Job Summary**
This role will be responsible for developing, securing, and managing long-term contracts for our Water-as-a-Service (WaaS) business model in new municipal and industrial markets throughout the state of Florida and potentially other Southeast markets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify current assets and future projects that could benefit from our water and wastewater treatment systems sold as a WaaS business model for municipal and industrial clients.
- Meet with potential clients to promote our WaaS business model approach and create a strategic advantage for Seven Seas Water Group.
- Identify key decision-makers and create an appropriate strategy.
- Identify and meet with relevant local and state decision-makers.
- Be familiar with the specific state legislation allowing public entities to execute long-term contracts.
- Act as primary client contact during the project development period and create a strategic advantage for Seven Seas Water Group.
- Coordinate with our BD team, engineering, finance, and legal departments to develop project proposals.
**Requirements**
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Driven individual with an eagerness to identify and close projects (new and existing).
- History of successful sales experience in a similar industry.
- Ability to understand municipal government politics and utility decision-making processes.
- Ability to identify key decision-makers in both municipal and industrial organizations.
- Ability to find new business while maintaining current projects.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop project-specific BD strategy.
- Strong skills with the MS Office suite of programs.
- Ability to travel throughout the territory.
**Education and Experience**
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years combined experience in industry-related technical sales, with preference for individuals with P3 project experience for industrial and municipal applications.
- Experience in water, wastewater, and desalination industry selling WaaS solutions.
- Experience in the location and specified states is preferred with relevant knowledge and relationships highly welcome.
