Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at LHC Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- 2-3 years of prior successful home health or hospice sales experience
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated
