Job Summary:

EquipmentShare is seeking a highly motivated Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
  • Manage a geographical territory, responsible for full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth.
  • Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests, and maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers, and develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.

Requirements:

  • First and foremost, we're looking for someone who's tenacious and innovative, with superior outside sales experience and skills, and a proven sales track record.
  • Pump, Power & HVAC equipment or industry knowledge, with experience in B2B sales, is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company.
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
