Service Operations Supervisor

In the role of Service Operations Supervisor at Sprague Pest Solutions, you will be instrumental in managing service teams and collaborating with sales staff to meet performance, quality, and expansion objectives. Your key responsibilities will encompass training and mentoring technicians to provide exceptional pest control services to our clientele.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Experience:

  • 3+ years in pest management
  • 2+ years in leadership and operational management

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range of $73,000-78,000 plus performance incentives

Position Overview:

As the Service Operations Supervisor, you will oversee service personnel to meet performance, quality, and growth targets. Your role will involve customer interaction, client acquisition, coaching service staff, and managing inventory. To excel in this position, you should possess a stable work history in physically demanding roles and have experience in pest management or similar fields.
