Description:

Compensation:

  • Starting pay ranges from $21 to $25 per hour, based on experience and licensing.
  • Monthly bonuses based on performance and customer retention.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that people have access to safer food and healthier living and working environments. The Pest Control Route Supervisor is tasked with overseeing and addressing pest issues, documenting effective solutions, and collaborating with clients to tackle their pest challenges.

You will take ownership of your designated route, working in the field while utilizing a blend of mechanical, physical, biological, and chemical methods to manage pest concerns. Sprague seeks an independent yet team-oriented individual eager to excel in a dynamic environment with a growing organization. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pest management solutions on an established route, adhering to local regulations and company protocols.

  • Represent the Sprague brand positively through personal appearance and interactions with customers and the community.
  • Contribute to the health and safety of your community by identifying pest issues and developing effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Covid-19 Vaccination (required).
  • Professional driving experience (preferred).
  • Customer service experience (preferred).

All employment offers are contingent upon a satisfactory motor vehicle record report, which is checked annually.
