Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer and employee retention strategies, along with service center profitability.
  • Continuously assess and balance labor utilization with production to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Manage all inventory and fleet operations within the service center.
  • Coordinate hiring activities in alignment with forecasted staffing needs, maintaining communication with the recruiting team.
  • Administer payroll for all service personnel and supervisors.
  • Establish clear objectives and expectations for the team.
  • Aim for high operational efficiency and effective labor management.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement department to drive growth and success.
  • Implement improvement plans and track progress.
  • Foster a cohesive, service-oriented team through effective staffing and retention practices.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work with the talent acquisition team to address hiring needs.
  • Create a positive learning environment for all service professionals.
  • Set and manage performance goals with supervisors and team members, utilizing performance metrics.
  • Review performance metrics with the Regional Operations Manager.
  • Provide training on communication and sales skills to service professionals.
  • Collaborate with Operations Trainers to deliver effective training programs.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service for both potential and existing clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience or a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
  • General understanding of profit and loss management.
  • A valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
  • Successful candidates will undergo a drug test and background check.
  • Must obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations.
