Job Description

As a Luxury Hotel Bellperson with Marriott International, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. Your primary duties will include:

• Greeting and escorting guests to their rooms, while providing directions and information about hotel amenities and services.

• Assisting guests with luggage, including transporting it to and from their rooms and designated bell areas.

• Communicating parking procedures and arranging transportation for guests as needed.

• Maintaining a clean and organized bell stand, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.

• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy luggage.
