At VIP Traveler we are redefining travel by creating the first genuinely differentiated channel for luxury clients and partners, and this role is at the forefront of that change. You will not be boxed into a customer or client vertical, instead you will build an end-to-end travel ecosystem and use your skills on both sides, leaning into your own unique excellence.


To take on this challenge you simply must have an exceptional commercial mind, a love and deep knowledge of travel and work with humble empathy to not only grow the business, but grow the travel industry as a whole.


This is not a normal travel agent or partnership sales role, it is the evolution.


Accountabilities:

  • Customer Sales: You will develop your own network of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, executives and business owners, and working with them to spend more of their disposable income on travel. You will focus on understanding their individual needs, inspiring them to spend more of their disposable income on travel as VIP Traveler Members.
  • Business Development: You will bring new boutique and luxury hotels onto the VIP Traveler platform, securing not only the best terms for the hotel and the business, but the highest quality content and engagement from the hotel. Whilst your customers may reside anywhere in the world, your portfolio will relate to your unique area of expertise, be it geographic, or passion led.


Skills:

  • You will have exemplary communication skills - both written and verbal, and be comfortable injecting personality and passion, professionally into your communications.
  • You will be a top shelf negotiator, and with a proven ability to communicate persuasively to both businesses and customers, you will ensure all partnerships are long-term.
  • You will have a luxury, or bespoke travel industry background, hotel side as a partnerships manager or client side as a travel agent.
  • You will have a demonstrable expertise in a specific area of travel, be it geographic, e.g. Caribbean, Maldives, or travel-type, e.g. health and wellness, groups, wine tours, etc.
