Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a related field. Duties include maintaining filing systems, creating and typing office correspondence, distributing and routing mail, ordering and tracking office supplies, and answering phone calls and recording messages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
  • Provide excellent customer service, welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, and respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of new employee personnel files, and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, at least one year of related work experience, and no supervisory experience. The pay range for this position is $30.00 to $30.00 per hour, and offers health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits. Benefits may be subject to generally applicable eligibility, waiting period, contribution, and other requirements and conditions.
