Position Overview:
The Business Operations Analyst will deliver operational and consultative assistance by executing business operations assessments and generating reports that are typically specific to various functions (e.g., claims, distribution, underwriting, marketing, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough research, analyze data, present insights, and propose modifications or actions based on diverse factors such as data insights, regulatory updates, feedback from quality assurance evaluations, and market intelligence.
2. Perform moderately complex research by collecting data from multiple sources, which may encompass operational metrics, competitor analysis, and input from business partners.
3. Execute analyses based on operational, economic, and financial data to quantify the competitive performance of different business segments.
4. Utilize data visualization tools to enhance business insights.
5. Conduct assessments of the current state, opportunity evaluations, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders in the design, testing, implementation, and evaluation of business process modifications aimed at improving outcomes.
7. Oversee the implementation and assessment of changes that are of moderate complexity, including tracking, analyzing, and reporting on metrics that determine operational performance, staffing requirements, productivity, or other significant measures for the organization.
8. Develop, adjust, and disseminate standard and ad hoc reports/dashboards to gain a comprehensive understanding of the overall business and/or specific units.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related field, including business analysis.
- Possess project management skills relevant to implementing business process changes.
- Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable about available data sources, including their strengths and limitations.
- Familiarity with database software and business intelligence tools is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
