About the Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking a Business Service Analyst to contribute to our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under general supervision, defines and formulates systems scope and objectives utilizing information technology and industry insights.
- Serves as a bridge between clients and technical support teams to ascertain business processes, systems, and product requirements.
- Investigates, identifies, and crafts solutions to various challenges.
- Evaluates business and user requirements, documenting client specifications comprehensively.
Qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Essential Skills/Certifications: Agile certification is required.
Additional Requirements: Must be registered for Selective Service (for males born after a certain date).
Citizenship Status: Must be a U.S. Citizen / Secret Clearance.
Physical Requirements: No physical demands are associated with this position.
