Our client, a leading organization in the financial services sector, is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to support their HR team and foster a positive workplace culture.

This is a temporary role with potential to extend based on company needs and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor laws, employment practices, and compliance requirements within the financial services space.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters
  • Providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Conducting thorough investigations into employee grievances and disputes
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in employee relations, preferably in the financial services industry.
