Job Description

Job Title: Training & Documentation Specialist

Location: The Rockridge Group

Duration: 3-6 Months

Job Summary:

The Rockridge Group's IT System and CRM team is seeking a motivated technology enthusiast and natural mentor and teacher to join our rapidly growing team. As a Training and Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for training and documenting all aspects of the DealCloud product and investment banking processes.

Your role will involve documenting all processes that will be transitioning and creating training modules together in partnership with our software vendor. We intend on having a mixed training plan with written, videos, in-person sessions in small group and large groups as well as individual training as well as general training and process or module-focused training.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior teaching or mentoring experience required or a degree in the educational field
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, speaking to technical and non-technical business users
  • Self-starter with the foresight to identify and execute next steps to see projects through to completion
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and business requirements
  • Familiarity with Dealcloud a plus but not required. Extensive training will be provided
  • Experience running demos and teaching software to a wide array of constituents at different levels of comfort with technology a plus
  • Familiar with Investment Banking, Finance, and Accounting concepts and nomenclature a plus
  • Experience and solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, API, and system integrations or Data Science a plus
