  • Project sales, gross margins, and operational expenses accurately.
  • Train and supervise all employees within the Parts Department on company protocols and productivity standards.
  • Collaborate with company leadership to formulate strategies aimed at boosting sales, expanding market reach, and enhancing business operations.
  • Establish and implement effective customer relations policies.
  • Conduct inventory assessments and initiate reorders when stock levels fall below predetermined thresholds.
  • Maintain accurate records related to requisitions, purchases, and sales transactions.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel issues.
  • Track employee work schedules and manage timekeeping records.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in automotive parts management is necessary.
  • Prior experience as a Parts/Service Manager or Advisor is advantageous.

  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications.

Abilities:

Working Environment:
