Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Supervisor to join our team at APX Construction Group LLC. As a Concrete Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Crew Supervision: Supervise and direct a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the necessary tools, equipment, and resources to complete their tasks.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being performed to the highest quality standards, and identify and address any quality control issues promptly.
  • Safety Management: Ensure that all construction sites are safe and compliant with relevant regulations and standards, and that all workers are aware of and follow safety protocols.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other contractors, to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned with project progress.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Concrete Supervisor or in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of construction workers. Proficient in construction management software and tools, with experience in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Certifications: OSHA certification, with experience in construction safety protocols and procedures.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, with a regular schedule of 40 hours per week. The Concrete Supervisor will be required to work on construction sites, which may involve exposure to dust, noise, and other hazards. The position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different construction sites as needed.
