KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrate the capability to execute tasks with minimal oversight.
Collaborate effectively with the Warehouse Manager and team members to synchronize departmental operations.

  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address staffing challenges promptly related to production or logistics.
Guide personnel in optimal loading strategies, maintain daily communication through various channels, and complete necessary documentation.

  • Ensure that raw materials and finished products are stored correctly, both within the facility and in external areas.
Adhere to established rotation protocols.

  • Exhibit proficiency in all aspects of loading, unloading, and forklift operations within production lines and layer picking zones.
Provide support as a shipping coordinator and act as a backup when needed.

  • Guarantee adherence to all safety protocols, including personal and product safety, HACCP standards, housekeeping practices, GMPs, and organizational policies.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must successfully complete a forklift certification program.

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Basic mathematical and communication skills are essential.

Proficiency in computer operations is required.

Capability to supervise and guide team members in their assigned tasks.
