Job Overview

Floor & Decor is seeking a skilled Connected Customer Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service associates to provide outstanding customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage front-end operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and training.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including customer service standards and inventory management protocols.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of retail or customer service management experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Working Conditions
