Job Description

As a Customer Manager at Acosta, you will be responsible for managing assigned customer accounts and driving sales growth for our manufacturers. Your primary objective will be to increase sales and market share while achieving profitability for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer business plans to deliver volume and sales fundamentals goals at the lowest cost.
  • Call on decision-makers at the customer to sell business plans, programs, and concepts that improve long-term business results.
  • Achieve results at the lowest possible selling cost while maximizing company revenue.
  • Manage manufacturers' trade marketing funds and process direct shipments.
  • Collaborate with Retail Sales Managers on major retail initiatives.
  • Utilize computer systems and technology to achieve customer business plan objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of six months of relevant experience in retail, marketing, space management, and/or resets.
  • Expertise in Microsoft software, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
