About the Role

Sr Technical Program Manager, Last Mile Connected Vehicles is a key position within the Last Mile Connected Vehicle team. As a technically strong leader, you will define and develop highly scalable hardware and software solutions that enable the best driver safety and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with hardware, software, and product teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products deployed worldwide.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best product with efficient use of resources and technologies.
  • Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify necessary resources, and develop schedules to ensure timely project completion.
  • Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance business needs versus technical constraints, and encourage risk-taking behavior to maximize business benefit.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Experience in developing hardware products from design to deployments in the field.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
