Merchant Market Manager Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchant Market Manager to lead our team of field-based Merchant Consultants in providing exceptional client care and driving sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with internal leaders to create an integrated experience for clients
- Manage team performance and drive accountability
- Execute customer-driven sales strategies and tactics to deepen client relationships
- Coach Merchant Consultants to develop effective consultative sales skills
- Monitor key performance trends and behaviors
- Build relationships with internal banking leaders to develop partnership strategies
- Manage complex large-scale initiatives and drive timely decisions
- 2+ years' experience working with Small to Medium-sized Businesses
- 2+ years' leadership experience
- 80% travel required
- Small Business financial services sales experience
- Management of multi-locations
- Merchant Services experience
- Understanding of business credit and financial statements
