Marketing Manager, Merchant Lifecycle Expert

We're seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to join our Merchant Lifecycle Marketing team at PayPal. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies that drive engagement and retention across the US and Europe in the small-to-medium business segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver lifecycle marketing campaigns to support team KPIs
  • Optimize campaigns and channels using data-driven insights and hard numbers
  • Partner with analytics and the rest of the team to uncover user insights and input into the experimentation roadmap
  • Develop creative and data briefs for the program and own the E2E execution of campaigns

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in lifecycle/CRM marketing
  • Strong understanding of the merchant payments space and industry knowledge of customer adoption engagement, retention, and journey mapping
  • Ability to distill actionable insights from data to improve multi-channel marketing strategy
  • Strong campaign management experience and understanding of marketing/ad technology
