Business Development Executive

About the Role:
The Vice President, Business Development will play a key role in driving Crestline Hotels & Resorts Corporate Office's business growth and development efforts. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the feasibility team and other departments to assess the financial viability of new business opportunities
- Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel ownership groups, investors, and industry partners
- Lead the management contract and investment negotiations, in conjunction with Crestline's legal team and other departments
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including third-party hotel management, hospitality investments, and corporate mergers and acquisitions
- Develop and present financial models and analysis to key stakeholders, including capital partners and investors
- Build and maintain a network of equity partners to source new business opportunities
- Travel within the U.S. to meet with business partners and visit hotels
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university with a degree in Finance, Business, or Hospitality
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in business development and the hospitality industry
- Successful track record of negotiating complex, strategic deals at the corporate/ regional level
