About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our wholesale and retail customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering their questions and resolving any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including paint and coatings, and be able to recommend the right solutions to customers.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, both in person and over the phone, to determine their needs and provide solutions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a retail or wholesale environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with paint and coatings products and services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
