We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Front Desk team as the Front Desk Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will utilize their engaging personality to create a lasting first impression for our guests while leading our front desk team in guest check-ins and registrations.


Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service by being approachable and genuinely interested in guest needs.
Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are acknowledged and fulfilled, and accurate information is recorded.
Conduct pre-assignment of hotel rooms, including VIPs, repeat guests, and special requests.
Assist in resolving issues when situations do not go as planned.
Train new Front Desk Agents to provide exemplary customer service.

Recognize the contributions of all team members and ensure operational quality through training, directing work, resolving issues, and coaching front desk staff.

Seek to become knowledgeable about the local area to effectively respond to inquiries regarding hotel services, registration, dining, shopping, and travel directions.

Oversee daily shift operations, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
Collaborate closely with Maintenance and Housekeeping teams to coordinate daily activities.
Qualifications for Success:
Prior experience in hotel front desk operations is essential; supervisory training or experience is preferred.
Customer service is our highest priority, and we seek individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on others.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by an outgoing and engaging demeanor.
Ability to quickly learn computer systems, as our hotel utilizes a Property Management System.
Capability to stand for the duration of the shift.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
