We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Front Desk team as the Front Desk Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will utilize their engaging personality to create a lasting first impression for our guests while leading our front desk team in the check-in and registration process.


Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service by being approachable and genuinely interested in guests' needs.
Manage guest check-ins, ensuring proper credit is processed, special requests are acknowledged and fulfilled, and accurate information is recorded.
Oversee the pre-assignment of hotel rooms, including VIPs, repeat guests, and special requests.
Assist in resolving issues through effective recovery strategies when necessary.
Train new Front Desk Agents to uphold exceptional customer service standards.

Recognize and value each team member's contributions, ensuring quality operations through training, directing work, resolving conflicts, and coaching.

Become knowledgeable about the local area to effectively respond to inquiries regarding hotel services, registration, dining, shopping, and travel directions.

Supervise daily operations to ensure all team members comply with standard procedures.
Collaborate closely with Maintenance and Housekeeping teams to coordinate daily activities.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is essential; supervisory training or experience is preferred.
Customer service excellence is our priority, with a strong commitment to positively impacting others.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an engaging and outgoing demeanor.
Ability to quickly learn computer systems, as the hotel utilizes a Property Management System.
Willingness to stand for the duration of shifts.
Flexibility in scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
