Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at one of our apartment communities in Austin, TX. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property, ensuring stable occupancy and meeting budgeted financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
  • Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
  • Establish positive relationships within the community
  • Be on-call as scheduled by management

Requirements

  • 1-2 years previous property management experience preferred
  • Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
  • Yardi software experience preferred
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
  • Dominium requires all front-line employees to either provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or undergo regular COVID-19 testing
