The Opportunity: System Implementation Volume Lead

Role Overview: As a System Implementation Volume Lead, you will be responsible for orchestrating the design, scheduling, and management of a significant proposal volume. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying the necessary data to ensure full compliance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) and in supporting the overarching client Win Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the volume outline and compliance matrices.
  • Allocate pages effectively and assign authors to specific sections.
  • Create detailed timelines for the development of volume content.
  • Mentor and train authors throughout the proposal process.
  • Review in-progress submissions to ensure quality and compliance.

Period of Performance: This is an open position.

Project Overview: Engage in Capture Support and Proposal Development initiatives.

About You: You possess approximately 5 years of relevant experience in this field.

You are dedicated to problem-solving, thrive in collaborative environments, and welcome challenges.

You must be a citizen of the country where the opportunity is located or possess the right to work in that country, along with the requisite educational background in a relevant discipline.
