Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess organizational needs and determine system requirements
  • Explore alternative solutions and propose cost-efficient strategies
  • Create comprehensive system requirements specifications and data models
  • Design system architectures and user interfaces
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure effective system deployment
  • Conduct system evaluations, troubleshooting, and debugging
  • Implement and roll out computer systems, encompassing hardware, software, and network elements
  • Provide training and ongoing support to users on newly implemented systems
  • Remain informed about emerging technologies and industry advancements

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT with an emphasis on systems analysis
  • Proficiency in developing technical documentation and software testing
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and large-scale business applications
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Understanding of cloud computing technologies
  • Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or CISSP

Compensation:

  • Classification: Associate II
  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $150,000
