Position Overview

We are looking for a Proto Integrator - Weekend to join our EUV System Test and Integration team.

In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team responsible for testing and integrating our EUV systems for Development and Engineering (D&E).

The EUV light source comprises a complex system of process gases, high-power lasers, optics, electronics, mechatronics, and control systems.

As the leader of a Machine Integration Team (MIT), your contributions as a Proto Integrator are vital for enhancing product quality through testing, identifying issues, and implementing design and process improvements.

In this technical project management role, you will lead a team of dedicated EUV light source specialists, overseeing design validation, upgrades, and testing activities while supporting the objectives of individual project owners in alignment with an approved high-level plan.

Key Responsibilities


Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment by reviewing proposed work, testing, and containment actions for assigned EUV sources.

Schedule validation and qualification tests, integration, R&D, and upgrades of EUV systems and their components.

Identify and assess risks, developing mitigation strategies.


Ensure that the assigned Machine Integration Team and other D&E resources effectively capture, address, and resolve issues to deliver a quality product.

Utilize available resources to proactively troubleshoot and solve problems.

Drive the enhancement of procedures and processes within the San Diego Integration and ASML.

Foster collaboration with stakeholders from various departments, building a robust communication network.

Work effectively with cross-functional teams using clear communication methods.

Manage system configuration according to established processes and methodologies.


Support post-mortem reviews on significant developments and implement necessary changes into the Product Generation Process (PGP) or other relevant areas, such as build, operation, upgrades, and decommissioning processes.

Interpret, implement, and monitor modifications to departmental methods, processes, and policies that impact multiple work groups.

May provide detailed reports to management or internal and external stakeholders.

Assist in planning program-related expenses for budget development and forecasting.

Plan and oversee preventive maintenance and upgrades of equipment to support program objectives and maximize system uptime.

Create reports, status updates, and presentations as needed for internal and external program reviews.

Regularly track financial transactions related to parts and components for assigned machines in collaboration with program and finance teams.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Physics.

2+ years of relevant experience.

Familiarity with electronics, gas and vacuum systems, mechanical systems, lasers, optics, and controls.

Proficient in software planning tools such as Microsoft Project, SAP, or similar.

Understanding of the semiconductor industry.

Experience in product development utilizing phase gate, milestones, or similar product development processes.

Skills
