Job Title: VP, Head of Sales Account Management Automotive AMS

Luxoft, a leading digital transformation services and software engineering firm, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Automotive Sales and Account Management team. As VP, Head of Sales Account Management Automotive AMS, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the North American region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales and account management team to achieve business targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with delivery units to drive the RFI/RFP process and leverage existing service offerings to expand our Automotive practice.
  • Initiate and oversee partnerships with technology and channel partners to drive business growth.
  • Ensure operational and financial metrics are met, including target setting, annual budget planning, and resource allocation.
  • Cultivate cross-functional communication with delivery organizations, business units, and horizontal technology practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the Automotive industry ecosystem and a good network in the North American region.
  • Working knowledge of modern Automotive technologies and ability to bring in tech thought leadership.
  • Experience selling services, solutions, and consultancy to OEMs, TIER1s, and technology companies with a focus on Digital Cockpit, ADAS/AD, and Connected Mobility.
  • Ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships in complex hierarchical corporate environments.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural international environment.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
