Imc US Sales Account Executive Opportunity

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our expanding US commercial team as a Technical Sales Specialist. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to expand orders within high-growth accounts across the Automotive, Aerospace, and Industrial Markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Meet and surpass annual sales targets by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within a designated group of accounts.
  • Create and execute a strategic plan to uncover new sales prospects and establish strong customer relationships within the territory at all levels of customer organizations.
  • Understand customer technical and commercial needs and suggest unique imc solutions with detailed configurations and quotations.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers for major sales opportunities, such as test engineers and senior executives.
  • Collaborate with various imc team members, including regional marketing, applications engineers, and calibration/repair technicians.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records for prospects, forecasts, performance analysis, and territory sales pipeline.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, mechatronic, electrical, or equivalent).
  • Over 7 years of experience in data acquisition sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding high-growth order goals.
  • Established network of contacts in automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors.
  • Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn/Sales Navigator for prospecting.
  • Ability to handle sizable sales opportunities ($250,000+).
  • Exceptional time and territory management abilities.
  • Strong negotiation aptitude.
  • Experience managing sales in Salesforce platform.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Dedicated work ethic, receptive to coaching, and proficient in leadership.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory up to 40-60% of the time.
