Your Role:
We are currently seeking a Strategic Account Executive to enhance our collaboration with Stellantis. In this pivotal position, you will be essential in cultivating and advancing our business relationship with this key client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary liaison for Stellantis, fostering strong connections with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely and effective delivery of solutions tailored to client needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on account status, including sales forecasts and customer feedback.
- Engage in contract negotiations to maximize profitability while upholding quality standards.
- Represent IAV at industry events and conferences to strengthen our presence in the automotive sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- In-depth understanding of automotive engineering and technology trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Innovative problem-solver with a knack for developing actionable solutions.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
