We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at IAV Automotive Engineering Inc. as a Key Account Manager - Stellantis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in automotive engineering and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture and expand our business relationship with Stellantis
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage existing business
  • Ensure the highest level of satisfaction for one of our key clients
  • Work closely with our engineering and project management teams to deliver innovative solutions
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to promote growth and customer satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Stellantis and build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Network with IAV's global team and align actions with corporate growth targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Stellantis, including cross-selling and upselling initiatives
  • Prospect for opportunities requiring design, development, engineering, simulation, integration, testing & validation for Powertrain, SDV, and Vehicle Solutions
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales forecasts, project updates, and customer feedback
  • Participate in contract negotiations and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining IAV's quality standards
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to maintain a strong presence and network within the automotive sector
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Sales Engineer, or relevant role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of automotive engineering and technology trends, especially those relevant to Stellantis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mind.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
  • Innovative problem-solver who can generate creative solutions and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
