About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team in Hawaii. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the residential market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow residential sales in the Hawaii territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including contractors, specifiers, and distribution partners
  • Provide technical support and training to customers, including product demonstrations and hands-on training
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Product Management, and Marketing to develop and execute sales strategies and programs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market intelligence to provide insights to management and operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of industry experience and/or training
  • Strong working knowledge of project workflow from architect/engineer to contractor
  • Sales and account management experience with a proven track record of sales/profit growth
  • Technical skills: ability to gain product knowledge and work with specialists to provide support
  • Presentation skills: ability to develop and present captivating presentations
  • Creative and innovative thinking: ability to contribute to organizational and individual objectives
  • Decision-making and judgment: ability to balance analysis, wisdom, experience, and perspective

Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office environment, customer sites, and outdoor construction job sites. The employee occasionally works around moving mechanical parts and may be exposed to loud noises.

Travel Requirements

This job requires 25% outside of territory domestic travel.
