About the RoleThe role is a key member of our Sales team, reporting to the Networking & Services Manager. As a Networking & Datacom Inside Sales Representative, you will provide Networking / Datacom focus for the Inside Sales team and product support for the Network Specialist and our valued customers.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is self-directed, a strong collaborator, critical problem solver, and enjoys owning a wide breadth of responsibilities. You will have opportunities for on-site visits to our customers with the goal of building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide inside sales quoting, customer relationship building, and project management support for Kendall's Industrial Networking/Datacom portfolio.
- Sell company products and services to customers contacting the branch by gathering information about their needs, providing technical assistance when required, quoting, soliciting orders, and suggesting additional products in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
- Clarify customer's understanding of products and services; answering questions; expediting orders; and offering relevant information.
- Maintain quality service by adhering to Kendall Group policies, procedures, and standards.
- 3 years' experience in Industrial or Distribution field working with customers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of skills, experience, or education.
- Experience working with MS Office; ability to collaborate with and engage additional commercial or technical resources when appropriate; Business acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed; ability to work in fast-paced, continuously evolving, and at times ambiguous environment.
We offer an estimated salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and employee ownership.
