**About the Role:**

As a Sales Consultant at CarMax, you will play a key role in delivering an iconic customer experience. We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in finding the right vehicle that meets their needs by utilizing your knowledge of CarMax inventory.
  • Guide customers through every step of the sales process, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
  • Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.

About You:

  • You have sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail.
  • You possess good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
  • You have a high level of self-motivation.

What We Offer:

  • We pay new Sales Consultants a competitive wage while training and through the first 640 hours of selling.
  • We offer commissions as the primary base of pay after the initial training period.
  • We provide paid training and a personal sales mentor who is dedicated to your ongoing development.
