Job Title: Sales Enablement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing marketing team at Fieldguide. As our first dedicated sales enablement hire, you will play a crucial role in shaping and elevating our sales organization's performance.

About the Role:

The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive sales enablement programs, including new hire onboarding and ongoing training initiatives. You will develop and deliver content for sales training, covering industry knowledge, product expertise, and sales methodologies. Your expertise in sales methodologies will be instrumental in optimizing our sales processes and enhancing our team's effectiveness in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive sales enablement programs
  • Develop and deliver content for sales training
  • Serve as the company's expert on sales methodology
  • Conduct regular 1:1 sessions with Account Executives
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to align sales enablement efforts with broader company messaging and initiatives
  • Create and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and other resources
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Manager with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales training programs. You should have deep expertise in sales methodologies, particularly MEDDPICC/MEDDIC, and a strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex product features.

As a self-starter with a data-driven approach, you will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. You should have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
