Role Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst is an inquisitive and self-driven professional responsible for developing and evaluating diverse financial models and reports. This role serves as a key partner across the organization, specializing in budgeting and P&L analysis, including variance assessments, expense trends, food waste management, and overall profitability metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the FP&A team to prepare and manage specific elements of the corporate budget.
2. Continuously enhance and update components of the enterprise financial model.
3. Conduct thorough ad-hoc financial analyses and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
4. Report on financial performance metrics weekly, quarterly, and annually, providing detailed explanations of budget variances.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative financial analysis, ideally within the restaurant or retail sectors.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.

Essential Skills:
- Proficient financial modeling capabilities with a knack for translating data into actionable insights to enhance profitability.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flow.
- Proven track record in budget generation, P&L analysis, and financial reporting.
- Advanced analytical skills paired with sound business judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with various organizational levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams while meeting deadlines.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Technical Proficiencies:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Anaplan and Power BI is preferred.
