POSITION: Project Architect

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: In this position, you will have the chance to lead and oversee a variety of architectural projects from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with clients, manage project teams, and ensure that all initiatives are executed on schedule and within financial parameters. This role also offers opportunities for career advancement, including participation in a performance-based bonus program and potential involvement in an employee stock ownership plan.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION:

  • Direct the design and execution of architectural projects, ensuring they meet client objectives and standards.
  • Supervise the development and coordination of project and construction documentation, maintaining technical precision and quality.
  • Engage effectively with clients, project team members, and consultants to achieve project goals and address challenges.
  • Collaborate with engineering consultants to incorporate building systems into the overall design framework.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to guarantee timely and profitable project delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local building codes, as well as planning and zoning regulations.

ARE YOU THE IDEAL PROJECT ARCHITECT?

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required; licensure as a registered architect is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management or a related role within the architectural industry.
  • Advanced skills in REVIT and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong grasp of building design principles, including engineered systems.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Proactive self-starter with a collaborative mindset, capable of fostering strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary, primarily within designated regions, with all travel expenses covered. A valid driver's license is required.
