Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary leader of the community, overseeing financial, human resources, and operational management.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures that govern resident care.
  • Supervise and facilitate all resident services, coordinating with external healthcare providers as needed.
  • Manage the recruitment, hiring, evaluation, and disciplinary processes for community team members.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and implement effective marketing strategies aimed at achieving occupancy goals.
  • Oversee maintenance standards for the community, ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations.
  • Direct all activities in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as community policies.
  • Utilize resources effectively to manage income and expenses in line with annual budget forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma is required; college credits or a degree is preferred.
  • Licensure as RHA, LNHA, or HFA is preferred (may be required in certain states).
  • Must meet state experience requirements, including necessary credentials to operate a senior living community.
  • Preferred experience in managing a senior living program or community, with a minimum of three to five years in a leadership role.
