Key Responsibilities- Oversee client relationships as the Project Manager.
- Engage in site and civil development tasks, including grading design, roadway design, stormwater management systems, and erosion control, utilizing Civil 3D software.
- Prepare necessary calculations, reports, and documentation.
- Lead and coordinate design teams to produce detailed construction documents.
- Conduct code research, draft specifications, and manage permitting processes.
- Assist in obtaining site plan approvals.
- Perform construction cost estimations.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience is essential.
- Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license is required or must be obtained within six months.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office is necessary.
- Familiarity with ICPR is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, sub-consultants, and regulatory review staff.
