Job Summary

The Health Choice Network is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Director to lead the development, implementation, and support of technology across the organization. As a key member of the executive team, the IT Director will be responsible for providing strategic vision, leadership, and management to ensure the effective use of technology in achieving the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technology Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify technology needs and opportunities for innovation.
  • Project Management
    • Plan, develop, and direct all technology projects to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
    • Interface with stakeholders to ensure that IT needs are met and project goals are achieved.
  • Team Leadership
    • Build and manage a high-performing technology team that is capable of delivering exceptional results.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to ensure their growth and success.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the development and implementation of operational systems, including network architecture, security, and contingency planning.
    • Ensure the maintenance of a 99.9% or greater system uptime.
  • Business Partnership
    • Partner with business units to identify technology needs and opportunities for innovation.
    • Develop and implement technology solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven experience in technology leadership and management.
    • Strong technical skills, including healthcare information systems and technology strategy.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Requirements
  • Healthcare industry experience, preferably in a community health center setting.
